  • Payment Data.At this moment, our Beta services are completely free. We don’t collect any payment information for the beta release.

How do we handle concerns and grievances?

We at Retroacto, always thrive to deliver the best values to our users and give the best experience under all circumstances. To offer this seamlessly, we’ve created this Grievance policy to solve all our customer’s grievance-related problems in a very efficient way. We always try our best way to provide a seamless experience on the Platform.
In some rare circumstances, due to random human-related or technical errors, chances are there for issues to happen for our users. To address this kind of issue, our grievance policy will be surely helpful for our end users.In Retroacto, If the user cancels any subscription, the user can access platform and associated contents until the subscription expiry time. Upon cancellation, the user won’t get any refund amount for the subscription.
